What Causes Tingling And Numbness In Body After Smoking Up Weed?

default
Posted on Tue, 24 Jun 2014
Question: Hello I smoked weed about 3 and a half days ago. I normally get this tingly numbness type feeling in my body, along with almost a detached feeling. The feeling usually goes away within 24 hours, but ever since 3 and a half days ago, I have been feeling the tingly numbness feeling non stop, aside from the first 10 mins after I wake up. Take into consideration that Iam not an avid smoker (I've probably smoked less than 15 times in the last 2 years). Will this go away?

Hello,

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.

Its very common to have such a feeling after smoking cannabis. Yes its true that mostly these sensations last of 1-2 days. However in certain circumstances it may persists for as long as 7 days as well. So need to worry. Drink plenty of water and try avoiding cannabis in future. The feeling of detachment is not a good thing that yoj are experiencing.
