Hi
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query carefully, the common causes that may lead to tingling are-Diabetes, deficiency of vitamin B12 and B6,Excessive Alcohol intake and in disorder of liver and kidney.
The other cause is nerve (Median Nerve) compression at wrist leading to carpal tunnel syndrome especially as you have gout.
You need physical examination to confirm the cause. Meanwhile you may start vitamin B12 and B6, it helps in neuropathy.
Hope this helps and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
