What Causes Tingling Of Tongue And Lips?
Question: my tongue & lips have had periods of tingling. today is the 3rd day & it has only been 1 or 2 x's each day. it makes my lips feel swollen. prior history in short: hemorrhagic brain stem stroke in 2000 with no reoccurring strokes after. checkups every 6 months with blood work & nothing too off the norm

This may from causes like hypocalcemia, peripheral neuropathy or vitamin deficiency.
It will be fine if you can give few more details.
Kindly go through the following questions.
1) is this associated with any abnormal movement/tonic posturing of hand/foot (carpo pedal spasm) or fascial muscle twitching?
2) any such sensation in hand/foot?
3) do you have any recent changes in bowel habits like constipation?
4) if possible, kindly let me know your present heart rate and blood pressure.
5) any other diseases like diabetes or regular medications?
