What Causes Tingling Pain At The Back Of The Head While Moving It?

Question: Hello again.
My previous condition has been alot better, doesnt bother me anymore. (The feeling of pinching and pressing sensation of my temple area)
BUT I have started to get some new other Sensations. This time it is more like tingeling pain. I have tingeling pain in back of head. The pain ONLY appears when im moving my head forward or backwards, or if im raises my eyebrows. The pain I feel instant and feels every time I move my head. I can manage the pain but it is not pleasant.
And it is so random, some days are better than others. If I dont try to move my head then I dont feel it that much. I think it gets worse in the evening.
When Im sleeping or lying down, I dont feel it because I dont move my head then.
I have had this for 6 days now.
Im sitting alot at the computer every day.
Im REALLY worried what this is and I want to know!
What is this?
Head posture?
Head paresthesia?
Questions?

Brief Answer:
Symptoms are suggestive of scalp paresthesia.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for getting back.
I am glad to note that your earlier symptoms are better.
Your current symptoms of tingling are related to scalp paresthesia. The most common cause is minor abnormality of scalp nerves. These could occur due to mechanical pressure over the nerves or nutritional deficiency.
There is no need to worry, as this is self-limiting in nature and improve on own in a few days to weeks.
If they get troublesome, pregabalin capsules may be taken.
Best wishes,
