Brief Answer:
Tingling numbness on head can be due to transient ischemic episode.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.

Tingling numbness on head can be due to transient ischemic episode.

Due to compression of cervical nerve root there can be presence of these symptoms.
I will advise you to do MRI brain and cervical spine for better diagnosis.

I will advise you to EMG-NCV for better diagnosis.
If you can consult doctor with in 2 -3 days then you can wait or other wise go to ER.
Till time continue your medication.
