Though you have not elaborated in the query that was the hand job done with condom or without condom.

In case if the hand job was done with use of saliva but after proper protection with condom then there is no chance of herpes or any Sexually transmitted infection.

I want to reassure you that the symptoms you are feeling can be just because of anxiety and stress which you are feeling.
