Question: after breast sex there was an almost immediate tingling on the penis head at least by the next morning for sure. It has been there for about a week, but no other symptoms. what can this be?

Your symptoms are caused by urethra infection. Due to bacteria presence in the first part of urinary tract you have tingling/burning in this area.
I suggest you to consult your doctor, have urine analysis and consider antibiotic.
In a meanwhile please increase mineral water intake, start cranberries supplementation and try to urinate as often as possible (to flush bacteria out).
