What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Extremities, Throat Tightness, Tremors And Dry Mouth?
Question: Tingleing in feet and hands , numbsness in head feel like going to pass out but I don't, tightness in my throat, dry mouth, shakey, can you help ? It is driving me crazy.

In view of your symptoms you need to be investigated before we actually start any kind of treatment.
The symptoms you are experiencing could be anything ranging from nerve weakness to any issue in the brain.
Since when are you having these symptoms ?
If they have just begun I would recommend you to go to the ER as it could also be GB syndrome (a type of immune system disorder) which needs immediate attention.
But if you are having these symptoms from past few days Please get an MRI of the brain and Vitamin B12 levels in blood.
Some electrolyte imbalance can also cause symptoms like these hence I would also suggest serum sodium, potassium and calcium levels.
Last but not least, if you are diabetic and symptoms are just happening now, please check your blood sugar levels.
