Brief Answer:
Explained.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The spine and lower limbs need to be examined. If indicated then nerve conduction studies and an MRI can be advised accordingly.
Even though the INR is within the therapeutic range, if there is any asymmetrical swelling then a Doppler ultrasound of the lower limbs should be done.
If there is evidence of peripheral neuropathy then vitamin B12 supplementation should be done, accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query.
