What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Legs Along With Anxiety?

Question: I have a slightly tingling in my legs and lower back. it's not causing me any mobility problems or pain. however everything I read up on the internet suggests I have MS. Can you please advise. I also have a slight tingle on my face. I have been advised this is due to anxiety. I am currently recovering from the flu as well and was wondering if this maybe a factor. advices please?
