What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Legs?

Question: hi this may sound silly but its been on my mind for a while now. I suffer from leg spasms and tingling in my legs and feet almost always but mostly at night while lying down, I have random sharp quick pains all over my head and see spots in my vision (eye floaters) you may call them, some days I feel good, some I feel OK, and some I feel just awful,tired mostly. my doctor believes its from a poor diet but I'm not convinced. I always have been terrified of having a brain tumor, do my symptoms seem like that could be the case or am I over thinking it?

But brain tumor do not present the way your symptoms are.
Tumor mainly starts with seizures, headache.
if you are still doubtful you can request for a CT scan brain from your doctor.
I partly agree with your doctor on diet based illness.
