What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Urethra After Unprotected Oral Sex?

Question: So im a 24 year old male and about 3 months ago i had unprotected oral sex. First sexual experice! About a week after that i had a sandwich and got a bad stomach ache that day, later on i threw up. That stomach pain was going on for a bout a week mostly felt super bloated and felt like gas was trapped. Than the pain settled down i started having pain in my testicles and uretha tube especially when i pee, followed with frequent urination and felt like pee was trapped at times. So its been three months i still have tingling and itchichyness in and around my uretha from time to time. If i dont shower everyday i notice it itches more so i put some steroid cream which seems to help. Also i stayed away from alcohol for few weeks and i noticed most of the pain was gone during that period. So i was wondering if you can help figure out what i can possibly be? Its been really mentaly bothering me lately

Yes you seem to have contacted some infection which is causing these symptoms
In my opinion get yourself examined from a dermatologist and see what is apparently visible which is causing the problems
Avoid steroid application as much as possible
Keep the area dry and clean and wear cotton underwear.

Gonococcal infection is the most common one which can cause all symptoms you are having and other one is Chlamydia which can cause these symptoms
