What Causes Tingling Sensation In Tongue, Lips, Elbow And Base Of Skull?
Question: Hi, my name is XXXXXXX I'm experiencing that tingly feeling after numbing in the right side of my tongue, right side of both upper & lower lip & my right hand traveling up to my elbow, & also the base of my skull. What does that mean ?
