What Causes Tingling Sensation On Scalp With Dizziness And Numb Spots On Head?
Not something serious.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your symptoms and the fact that you had a normal MRI brain recently. This rules out any serious neurological disease such as multiple sclerosis, infections, stroke, brain tumor, etc.
At this stage, the symptoms are likely to be due to involvement of nerves in the scalp. This could occur due to vitamin B12 deficiency or mechanical compression of the skin nerves.
I hope my reply has helped you.
I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
Best wishes,

Need to consult a Neurologist.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
Mechanical compression refers to the direct compression of the skin, as would happen while sleeping, wearing a helmet, etc.
The scalp nerves that could cause these symptoms are occipital and trigeminal nerves.
If symptoms persist, you may consult a Neurologist.

Thank you for getting back.
Nerve-related symptoms are known to be episodic and may last only a few seconds too. There is no need to worry about that.

Minor bleeding may occur.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
I agree with your neurologist.
Yes, bleeding in the skin and adjacent tissue may occur causing the appearance as in the photo sent by you.
There is no need to worry as it would go away in a few days.
Best wishes,
