What Causes Tingling Sensations In The Arms And Chest?

Question: Hi My name is Alex.
I'm a 20 year girl, weigh 160 and am 5'4''.
I am wondering if I am having seizures. sometimes when i sleep my jaw locks and I cant move my body at all. it feels like im sinking deeper and deeper into hole, but im awake. Another time I went to sleep and felt tingling all over my chest and arms and Swear I heard voices of my friends in my room, and then in my dream (it was so real i didnt know i was dreaming) i floated up, forward and then landed on the ground in front of my bed. When i woke up i was surprised to find myself not on the floor because it felt so real. Other times I'll be sitting in class and my heart will start beating hard and Ill space out. It feels like nothingness, my vision will be unfocused and my body will twitch. I still have control of myself though. when this happens there is pressure all over my head and up my neck. My heart palpitations are more frequent now.
