Question: For the last few months, I have numbness and tingling in all my toes.

The symptoms of numbness and tingling may be related to nerve related abnormality, called as neuropathy. I suggest you to please get a Nerve conduction studies done, to rule out the same.
The causes of the same can be several, the common ones being- Diabetes, Alcohol intake, nutritional deficiency.
