What Causes Tingly Feeling In Hands And Feet?
Question: I have been feeling tingly hands and feet for one week. I don't have pain and I don't have numbness. Three days ago it went away and the following day came back. Can you please advice.
Brief Answer:
probable peripheral neuropathy
Detailed Answer:
Hello. I have been through your question and understand your concern.
Tingling in the hands or feet without pain is a common condition and in most cases it is benign and temporary.
Since it involves the four of your extremities then the situation needs further evaluations. Sensation alteration is included in the peripheral neuropathy. It has many causes, with the most common cause is diabetes, with others being toxic or inflammatory.
I recommend a Neurologic consult with a EMG planning.
Hope this answers your question, please feel free for further questions.

Brief Answer:
amitriptyline
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Well, you can talk to your GP about the possibility of beginning Amitriptyline, which has some benefits in nerve repair. It is better to begin the therapy if there is an indication after the EMG. So it is important for you to do as soon as possible the EMG. Hope this helps.
