Question: Hi, Where do I start? I've been feeling crummy for a week with nothing definitive. Today my left ear is ringing, I'm fatigued and anxious, dizzy and a bit lightheaded. I'm under a ton of stress at work (my own business) and its been raining so I haven't played tennis in nearly 2-weeks. Can these symptoms be stress or am I having a heart attack. No health insurance so can't go to a doctor.

They are all typical of stress and fits squarely as you admit being under a lot of stress. Stress is inevitable in live but how we deal with it determines our health. Be calm, relaxed and develop oping strategies. Remain optimistic and positive so as not to add health worries on already existing life's challenges.

I recommend rest, light-moderate exercises daily, and good diet. Get involved with some of your hobbies and be filled with positivity and optimistic mindsets.
