I have completely reviewed your health query, and can well realize all those concerns. Being your physician, I will take care all of them today and will give extend my expertise to solve the problems.

I have reviewed your symptoms in detail. Thanks for updating. Well, this is all anxiety related Panic Attacks. The symptoms as you mentioned are already are double checked and investigated through sophisticated techniques at ER and there is no issue with your heart, brain and other vital organs. At this age, and with all this scenario if you were my patient and I was your treating Physician, I would have prescribed you with Fluoxetine if not allergic to.

You need to ask your Primary Care Physician to refer you to a Psychiatrist for better in-person evaluation and prescription for Fluoxetine. He may go for further testing if needed after having a detailed session of conversation with you at this issue.

Hope I answered all of your queries. Let me know if you have further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you with my expert opinion. For any disease you have, a timely follow-up is very necessary regarding the treatment efficacy and to see if there is a need to change the treatment options. So keep a follow up to see how you doing (Always write down my name in start of your questions at this forum & I will be with you in no time).
