Brief Answer:
Abscess or cyst, tooth infection, consult oral physician

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as the tiny bumps on the inside of the mouth is concerned, I have two possibilities. It can be a abscess or a cyst secondary to tooth infection. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. You need to get a radiograph to confirm the diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, we can manage accordingly.
These are the possible diagnosis based on the description of the lesion given by yourself.
If you can upload the images of the lesion, I can give you exact diagnosis and treatment plan.
I hope i have answered your query. If any queries are there, reply me back. Take care.
