What Causes Tiny Itchy Bumps On Genitals?
Question: I have developed very small, pin-like bumps on my genitals. It accompanies itching and very dry skin. I have also developed these itchy bumps on my leg, hand, and neck. The ones on my genitals do not burst open or scab.

I will go through the whole story. The bumps on my genitals appeared a few months ago. At first they had no itch or anything so I wasnt too concerned. me and my girlfriend have unprotected sex and up until last week i was fine with no complaints. We stayed at a questionable hotel one night to which i awoke with small bumps on my face, arms, and legs (around april 5th). Most have since went away, however the bumps on my genitals started to show more and were followed by dry, peeling, flaky skin. I put lotion on and the itching seemed to stop. I was seen by a dermatologist last year for itchy bumps on my stomach and chest (they looked different and had a black dot in the middle) and the doc stated that its most likely eczema And nothing to be worried about. This itching on my genitals unbearable at times and the bumps have started to appear alot more.
And to answer your questions
-When did these bumps appear? i had one or two for a few months, the others started to appear after i had stayed in the hotel

these bumps are above the skin while the "fordyce" spots you speak of seem to be underneath the skin and do not itch nor are they dry.

You are right,they are not Fordyce spots .In the closer pictures ,the bumps are raised ,skin colored .They might be genital warts or molluscum contagiosum .
The characteristic of the bumps on genital area are more indicative for genital warts and can be itching and sensitive but they don't spread in other areas of the body like hands,legs .
Molluscum contagiosum can affect every area of the body ,are small, firm, dome-shaped growths that can cause itchiness.Sometimes they can look like warts and the diagnosis can be difficult.In this case a dermatologist will will scrape off a bit of infected skin and examine it under microscope.
This infection can be transmitted through direct contact of through sharing clothes,towels,wrestling etc.
I don't think these bumps are related with the hotel episode because the bumps usually will develop 2 weeks up to few months after the exposure.
I would suggest to consult a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis and get treated.
