What Causes Tiredness And Giddiness With Headache?

Question: hi,

i will feel very tired and giddiness even though i will eat more after some time again i will feel same...so many times i used get headache because of this..please advice me...

I have read your query and understand your concern.

Tiredness and giddiness can be due to anaemia, which is quiet common in females of mensturating age group.

I would suggest that you get your hemogram done and also get your blood pressure checked.

Headache can be due to this only, or stress induced migraine. But as migraine is a diagnosis of exclusion, i would first like to rule out other common causes like anaemia and vision disorders.

So if your hemogram comes normal, please get your vision checked.

So, please get your blood hemogram done and let me know, so that i can advise you further.
