What Causes Tiredness, Back Pain And Feeling Unwell?

Question: My names XXXXXXX im a 23 year old male iv been feeling very unwell for the last 18 months i feel overwellmingly tired and unwell it feels like im hungover all the time i have lower back pain and i think its twitching musles in my eyelids and legs also can feel vibrations in my feet to my XXXXXXX my doctor has done heaps of blood test and every thing is fine somthing was a little bit under with my liver but not much i have to go back in a few weeks for another test im worried i have cancer i feel worse every week its hard to even function properly at work it feels like im dieing slowly im so worryed my doctors dont seem to think its anything to worry about

I cant get a very clear photo but the test i have had done are b12 LFT CPM TSH HDL UE GLF (FBE) any they came back good
