Brief Answer:
Could be weight issue

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I would like to know what is weight and height.

The problem he has with the stamina could most probably be due to weight issues rather than heart problem. Heart problems present with sudden breathlessness, chest pain, excessive sweating etc. These symptoms do not subside without medication in most cases.

Hope, I answered your query.
