Question: I feel tired and sleepy all the time. Whenever I get up from sleep, I feel lightheaded and my body feels hot. Sometimes it feels like my heart is racing and I suddenly feel sick.

Going by your description following possibility needs to be considered and ruled out

1. Stress /Anxiety
2. Hyperthyroidism : Excessive Thyroid hormone level may also have such manifestation
3. Increased intake of alcohol /caffeinated beverage

I would suggest you the following
1 Thyroid function test to rule out Hyperthyroidism
2. Avoid consuming caffeinated beverage around bedtime
3. Early morning 30 minutes brisk walking will help reduce the feeling of tiredness
4. Hematinics and multivitamin supplements
5. Ensure good intake of water : 2 to 3 liter a day
