Question: my son is 25 years old an d it s been many years that he complains to be very tired evn if he goes to bed early. he always has lamonia once or twicw a year and now he tells me that everytime he eats he has secretion coming from his throat . So he has to spit them out every time he takes a
meal

Thanks for the query.

You son's symptoms seem to be related to sinusitis as post nasal drip is a common symptom for this.

Tiredness can be because of sinusitis as any focus of infection anywhere in the body can lead to such symptoms though there can be multiple other reasons for tired. In your case as there are accompanying symptoms which suggest sinusitis, it can be likely cause.

Please see an ENT and a CT scan Para nasal sinuses will put more light on the sinuses and so will a nasal endoscopic examination.

Meanwhile steam inhalation, mucolytic and saline nasal irrigations should help.

the next question is for me ,since i'm a child i've been diagnose with chronical fatigue and fybromyalgia. Then 3 years ago i was working as a medical secretary and i had an acciddent at work ,they operated me on my left leg and took off the inside meniscal,since then i cannot bend my leg or even put it straight,if i try it gives me excruciating pain,it s burning all the time inside my leg up to the left butt,and my leg got atrophia.Plus my back aches so much cause of the wimping that now i'm stuck with 5 hernia. Nothing i do is working and i don t wanna be on painkillers.I cannot do normal life things no more,like taking a bath,bending, sitting,and the doctors tells me there is nothing to do,so government is sending me back to without treating me.I'm desperate,i'm in pain 24 hours a day and it sometimes make me puke cause to hard to handle the pain

Otherwise fibromyalgia or CFS is diagnosed when no obvious cause of such symptoms is found on examination and investigations.

Increasing the level of activity and exercising regularly helps.
