What Causes Tissues In Urine?

Question: I have noticed one or two large flecks in my urine lately…as though they might have flecked off an organ.
No blood was noticed except that the fleck itself looked like a piece of skin (1/4") lang and dry.

Brief Answer:
Various possibilities. Histpathological exam
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for posting your query.
I understand your concern. Kindly provide your details like age, sex and any medical history.
As you have not mentioned your sex, I have written what is applicable to both sexes. These flecks can be clumps of epithelial cells which are periodically or of white blood cells if you have a urinary infection.
There are other possibilities like a sloughed kidney papilla if you have diabetes or a sloughed bladder growth.
The best way to come to a diagnosis would be to get a histo-pathological examination done on the material.
