I have gone through your query, as you have toothache from chewing hard food dont worry it can be due to irritated ligaments that surrounds your tooth ,so I will suggest you that try to avoid eating hard food and try to chew food from opposite side .
Do XXXXXXX warm saline gargle two - three times a day, and for toothache you can take painkiller like Ketorol Dt or Diclomol SP by consulting with local doctor.
