What Causes Twitches In Knee Radiating To Palm And Eye?
Question: I've been having twitches for past 2 months. It started first on my right knee for 2 weeks then moved to left palm then to left eye and lately random places to include stomach. I feel like I have a current running under my skin on affected areas and it will zap whenever. I have hypothyroidism and take 90 MG of armour thyroid and have been living on monsters lately. I have also been stressed as I have transferred to a new work office (mail carrier) and my new route is way longer and can't get done on time.
Any ideas why I would suddenly start this annoying twitching? I am okay as long as I'm up and moving for the most part but as soon as I sit down to relax or go to bed it starts up. Mainly area next to left eye and the right pinky and palm area.

Brief Answer:
Paraesthesia,Twitching
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
It seems that you are having side effects of Monster energy drinks due to its high caffeine contents and stimulating herbs. What you are having is Paraesthesia (current like sensation running under skin ).Twitching is 'benign fasciculation' commonly seen in anxiety and fatigue states.
You can also test your TSH level to find out the level of control , as hyperthyroidism can occasionally give rise to Twitching/fasciculation.

Hello!
Is it a good idea to continue magnesium supplement as it helped me get some sleep but my friend who is a nurse said to quit as it can cause more issues.
I also started taking "itworks" greens in the morning with orange juice. Is it safe to continue taking or should I stop that as well?
Also..is this permanent or will it stop after anxiety and monster drinks are gone?
Thanks.
