What Causes Uncomfortable Pain In The Penis Upon Ejaculation?
Question: When i have pre-ejaculation, if feel a very uncomfortable pain in my penis. Uf i unrinate i dont feel any pain at all (no burning sensation at all).

Like a burning pain. Very uncomfortable pain. Only before sex with pre ejaculation and after sex with full ejaculation.

No noticable blood in semen. Pain lasts for atleast 30mts after seasson. Mostly in the underside of the penis. Like the tube and tip

Well, You need to see a urologist if the pain is lasting so long. He may want to run an ultrasound and a penile doppler to see if the blood flow is okay or not...
These sort of pain which comes after activity can be due to obstruction in blood flow, which is not reaching the tip as desired (that is when the demand is more) and hence causing pain...
