Question: At sleep I feei my right side getting something and I wake up suddenly .I feel weaknesses after that I went to toilets three times.Now what should I do

1.There were no pain.
2.No vomiting feeling.
3 . After that I went toilet four times.
4.Iam a high B.P. patient, taking medicine Losacar 25mg since 2009.
5.At 5am my bp was 150/90.
6.I was not empty stomach.
7.ECG was also XXXXXXX

Your blood pressure was bit high in morning,
You should consult with your treating doctor,
If frequently your getting high blood pressure then your medicine and dose needs to altered,

Regarding your toilet issue,

If you have got this issue for first time
And you don't have history of diabetes mellitus.

Some times due to stress this happens.

If your getting toilet problem persistently, and you have to wake up at night frequently,
Then,
Some investigation like random blood sugar,
Ultrasound abdomen pelvis needs to be done,
