Question: For last 2 weeks uneasy and feeling of fullness and gas discharge, it worsens as day passes, feel like going to potty but end up just discharging gas

Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
You are suffering from Irritable bowel syndrome. These symptoms fit into that only.
I would advice you in such case to take a combination of Pantoprazole and Levosulpride.
In case you have any associated pain Abdomen then smooth muscle relaxants like Mebeverine are helpful.
Make a habit of walking after all means.
Take soft and bland diet.
This is the first step in treatment of Irritable bowel syndrome.
If you don't get relief we would move to the next step.

Hi. I prefer to give one capsule containing Pantoprazole 40 mg and Levosulpride 50/75 mg. It's available with various names in market like Pantop LS.
