
What Causes Unequal Testicles Post Inguinal Hernia Surgery?

Question: I had inguinal hernia surgery 4 days ago every thing looks good except my left testical is 6x larger than should be like I never had the surgery

This is not normal,but also in most cases it isnt indicating serious complciaiton. It is probabl yhaematoma that accumualted in spermatic cord and testicle fascia. it happens if hemosatsis during surgery wasnt achieved or blood vessles were cut. This is significant testicle swelling and you should see doctor ,do doppler ultrasound to rule out possible ischemia. But more probabl ythis is hematima that will pull back in next week, try to elevated your testicles by putting something soft below,avoid physical activity and weight lifting. WIsh you good health.
