Brief Answer:
Intertrigo.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The picture is suggestive of a condition called Intertrigo.
Commonest causes are the inflammatory reaction of the skin to the sweating accumulated due to its typical position as it does not evaporate.
This is further associated with hot humid atmosphere, the friction of opposing skin surfaces and so on.
The treatment is to treat the cause:
Cleaning with water as many times as possible and then to use cotton cloth or hairdryer to evaporate the water/sweat.
Using loose clothes.
Allow proper aeration of the area.
Avoid hot and humid atmosphere.
All such care usually takes care of the problem.
Multivitamins do help in early healing.
I hope this answer helps you.
