Gastritis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
From the history it is clear that your brother is suffering from gastritis. A repeat endoscopy is essential to rule out gastric ulcer, erosions and also hiatus hernia ( in this condition there will be reflux of gastric acid). Here are my suggestions
1. Tab Pantoprazole with domperidone is the ideal tablet for him. It has to be taken twice daily before food for 15 days and then once a day for a month
2. Do not eat spicy food, milk and milk products
3. Avoid smoking and alcohol
4. Eating smaller meals 4-5 times a day is better than 3 full meals
5. Do not go to bed immediately after dinner
6. Do not engage in bending exercises
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
Regards
I will follow your guidance & report back to you with progress in health
thanks once again
