Hello
Thank you for getting back with the answers and the image. The differential in your case would include localized abscess collection & hematological disorder. If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised following things:
- visit hospital and get ultrasound of the swelling done.
- CBC & clotting profile
These labs will help to rule out the above mentioned differential. Further management will depend upon the cause. If its a collection then treatment will include incision & drainage under local or general anesthesia(depending upon the extent). clotting profile will help to determine in hematological cause.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Wishing you good health !!
You are welcome
