Brief Answer:
Stress could increase weight by increasing food intake
Detailed Answer:
Hi.... I understand your concern. If thyroid report is normal and you are appropriate in your weight, I don't think you should be worrying about it. About the small fat accumulation you have expressed, the best way to go about it, is to exercise and completely avoid junk food. I also suggest that you can drink some lemon juice mixed with honey early in the morning on empty stomach.
Please get back to me with your exact height in centimetres so that I can get back to you with your BMI and if needed I will suggest you diet plan.
Regards - Dr. Sumanth

Brief Answer:
You are not overweight - don't worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi.....by this your BMI is 20.7 kg/M2.
I will tell you how we should take a decision of classifying whether a person is overweight or underweight or appropriate according to BMI.
BMI < 18.5: Below normal weight
BMI >= 18.5 and < 25: Normal weight
BMI >= 25 and < 30: Overweight
BMI >= 30 and < 35: Class I Obesity
BMI >= 35 and < 40: Class II Obesity
BMI >= 40: Class III Obesity
By this you yourself can see that you are perfect.
As I have suggested you need to do this -
1. Cut down all junk food.
2. Drink atleast 4 litres of water per day.
3. Whenever you feel like eating junk food, eat fruits in instead.
4. Go for walk or cycling or swimming as a means of exercise.
5. Avoid eating snacks while watching TV.
As of now you do not need any diet plan for your BMI.
Hope I have made myself clear. If you have any questions, you are most welcome.
