can the cause of the tremor be a cerebellar tumor which would cause brain damage or dysfunction?

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
Conditions that I mentioned in our previous discussion, are the most probable ones that may cause cerebellar dysfunction.
Tumors too can cause cerebellar damage and dysfunction, if they are located into cerebellum.
By trauma I mean brain injury related to falling, accidents etc.
Hope I helped you.
Take care.
