Brief Answer:
Consult neurologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic,
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I appreciate your concerns.

From your notes it appears that you may be having:

1. Inclusion body myositis
2. A type of motor neuron disease
3. Stroke affecting particular region of the brain
4. Brain tumours etc.

It is extremely important that you consult neurologist for thorough evaluation and investigations, so that right treatment can be given.

I hope this is helpful.

Best wishes,
Dr Rama
