Brief Answer:
Looks like due to exertion..

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for writing to us..

Well, it is uncommon to find such symptoms post a dental treatment, however there is a possibility that your body might have gone into over-exertion due to long dental sitting..

As you have already mentioned that you have been very tense in the dental chair, therefore your muscles must have contracted excessively and it can be a potent cause for the pain and twitching..

Also can you please tell me that are you taking any medication post dental treatment like antibiotics and painkillers, if yes please name them.
If yes, are the painkillers relieving pain?
Also do you have any medical problems or are you on any long term medication?
Do you have any known allergies?

Please revert back with answers..

Brief Answer:
Nothing serious.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for writing back..

As per the answers nothing seems serious too..
It is appearing to be just exertion..
Continue taking the medicines and along with it take sufficient rest and avoid exerting too much..
Take a nutritious diet and drink plenty of water..
You will feel better in a 2-3 days...

Hope this helps..
