Brief Answer:
You have Sciatica, probably!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed your symptoms fully. Your symptoms are suggestive of a pinch nerve at the level of the lower back. This could be caused be caused be a slipped vertebral disc, in most cases. I will suggest that you get a ct-scan of the lower spine to confirm the diagnosis and adapt treatment accordingly.

At this time, Tylenol and Ibuprofen, lifestyle modification to avoid postures that provoke/aggravate pain and talk to a physical therapist for training exercises to strengthen muscles of the lower back.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
