Brief Answer:
Not a cause of concern. Needs no intervention.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query. Sometimes bruises can be found over the anterior aspect of the legs (overlying the shin bone) and that can also occur without trauma. Unless you have a family history of bleeding disorders you need not grow concerned and they would eventually go away within a week or so. Due to some reason rupture on blood vessels under the skin has occurred and this has led to subcutaneous bleeding. Since blood is an irritant (when outside the blood vessels) it causes the pain. The extravasated blood will gradually be resorbed in a week or so and needs to intervention.

Just let it be there. You need not worry.

Feel free to write back.
