Brief Answer:
It can be septic elbow

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. Elbow developing such wounds without trauma is very rare. It is suggestive of infection or septic elbow.
I would suggest you to meet a orthopaedic doctor and get your x ray of the elbow. He may also like to get blood investigations.
if there is any sign of pus or infection then you might need drainage of pus and course of antibiotics. If there is pain then splinting mail also be needed.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions. thanks
