Brief Answer:
Acropigmentation of Dohi is one of the possibility

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome back.
As per details, the most likely possibility for your symptoms is a condition of skin called Acropigmentation of Dohi. It has genetic predisposition also.
In this condition, hyperpigmented patches develop involving acral parts of body involving both hands. It is an asymptomatic condition which gets aggravated by sun exposure.
Skin biopsy is done to confirm the diagnosis.
Strict sun protection is advisable. It is otherwise untreatable condition yet moderate potency topical steroids can be tried for lightening of pigmentation.
I will advise you to visit your doctor so that he can examine you and order tests for you.
You can share my opinion with him.
I hope I am able to solve your query.
