Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concerns.

Most likely you are suffering from indigestion also termed medically as dyspepsia. Its is an intestinal infection marked by cramps, nausea, vomiting bloating and fever. However its not necessary that all symptoms are there in a single patient.
Basically dyspepsia results when the acid of the stomach comes in contact with the mucosa of the digestive tract. These acids cause a breakdown of the mucosa leading to inflammation and irritation, which leads to indigestion. It may also result from eating disorders or certain medications.

Rx

As ultra sound done recently was normal, I would suggest you not to worry too much.
Take a proton pump inhibitor like Esomeprazole 40 mg twice daily along with a prokinetic drug (eg.Domperidone) for 3 days. This will provide you symptomatic relief from symptoms.
Any over counter probiotic should be taken for few days to provide relief in symptoms of indigestion.

General precautions-
Don't sleep immediately after eating, wait for at least two hours before you go to bed
Avoid spicy foods as they tend to aggravate symptoms of dyspepsia
Space out your meals, eat multiple smaller meals instead of few large ones
Restrict smoking and alcohol consumption

Hope i answered your query with relevent details.
In case you need any other professional advice feel free to ask.
Thank you.
