What Causes Upper Body Muscle Ache?

Question: Been experiencing flu like symptoms on and off upper body muscle ache. No running nose, no mucus,
Male 59. Good health. Golf 3-4 days per week. 155 lbs. XXXXXXX nv.

5 yrs ago blood tested positive for lymes twice.. No symtoms. No trace of tick bite. Went ahead and had the 28 days antibiotic treatment. In the back of my mind I always winder about that.

Alergies?

Thanks Dr. XXXXXXX Regarding the flu like symptoms. Actually no fever, cough, sore throat, running nose , no headache, no vomiting or diarrhea . Just the fatigue and soreness of the upper body and weak feeling. I likened theses symptoms to the flu.
Symptoms further explained: minor flushing in arms, upper body soreness, need for sleep. Eating helps reduce symptoms. Thanks so far for your advice. XXXXXXX
