Brief Answer:
urgent cardiological assessment is required

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

chest discomfort and low blood pressure can be caused by various untoward heart events. An ischemic event for example may cause a sensation of pain, pressure, etc on the chest and/or other locations like the back, the upper abdomen, the left shoulder and left arm and sometimes even the 4th and 5th finger of the left hand. Cold sweats are common and the patient may also feel nauseous and tired.

Other causes may include anemia, arrhythmias, drug side effects, etc.

Since the heart events are very serious and urgent, you'd better visit the ER as soon as possible.

Kind Regards!
