Brief Answer:
You are having Upper Respiratory Tract Infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you might be having an Upper Respiratory Tract Infection ( URTI).

I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by an ENT specialist.
A throat swab culture and sensitivity test will be helpful in planning your medical management. It may be possible that the antibiotic you have already taken may not be appropriate for the infective organism.

You should take an antihistamine like Fexofenadine 120 mg once a day along with a decongestant like phenylephrine and a painkiller like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid.
Antibiotic may be started according to the reports of the throat swab culture.
Warm saline gargles will have added benefits.

Avoid spicy and iced foods and beverages.

I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.

Hi,
Vitamin B and C supplements are over the counter medicines and are easily available in the market.
Some easily available brands in India are Becosule, Zevit, etc. They contain both Vitamin B and C.
Limcee or Celin contains exclusively Vitamin C.
If you daily take fresh fruits and vegetables, your vitamin requirement are met with and no need of supplementation is required.
