What Causes Upper Right Abdominal Pain, Nausea And Fatigue?

Question: Hello. I have not been feeling well. I have no energy, feel nausish, pain under my right rib cage. I am going through quite a stressful time in my life and I do take various medications. I have also had bladder pressure issues which I have seen a doctor for in the past. Due to not feeling well, the doctor performed various blood test results this week. They stated that my creatinine level was 79 and my ggt level is 73. I also had a blood test done two weeks ago which said that my ggt was 84 and my creatinine level 101. I do not drink but I have been taking medications for years for depression. I am worried about these results as well as my symptoms. At the moment the doctors still cannot get to the bottom of it. An ultrasound on my liver was also performed where the doctor said that he saw a tear but again I am still waiting on the full results of this. THank you
Brief Answer:
Peptic ulcer is possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thank you for the query.
Upper right abdominal pain can be caused by gallstones, peptic ulcer in duodenum or even urinary tract infection.
As you have had some stress recently and do not have back pain, peptic ulcer seems most probable. If so, the pain shoul be related to foods intake. Nausea can be present.
Your creatine level seems to be related with low liquids intake. Please try to increase mineral water intake.
For peptic ulcer diagnostic, gastroscopy should be done.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
