Question: Hi; I have upset stomach , coughing that makes my body shake , my head hurt and eyes burn and i am sneezing...what are those symptoms of ?

your symptoms may be caused by a virus/ flu-like infection. Usually this will be self healing with the measures you are already taking within a week.
If this does not improve within that time at all i would suggest a clinical examination through your local doc. In your case i would normally inspect the throat, listen to your heart and lungs and possibly check the blood for signs of infection.
